Terms of service

By booking a taxi with Indo Tiger Tour & Travels ("we", "us") on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

• Fares shown on the website are estimates based on road distance and the car you choose. The fare confirmed by our team on call or WhatsApp is the final fare.
• Unless stated otherwise, fares do not include toll charges, parking fees, state border taxes, or entry fees — these are payable as they occur during the trip.
• A driver day allowance applies to long journeys and is already included in the estimate shown.
• Pick-up times are agreed on call. Please be ready at the agreed time; waiting beyond 45 minutes may attract waiting charges.
• Our drivers follow all traffic and hill-road regulations. Routes on mountain sectors may change due to weather, landslides or administration orders — safety comes first.
• We may refuse service in case of unlawful behaviour, intoxication, or overloading beyond the car's seating capacity.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run your trip: your name, phone number, optional email address, and trip details (route, date, car, fare).

• Your details are used to confirm and operate your booking — shared only with our own booking staff and the driver assigned to your trip.
• We never sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• This site uses standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies; you can block cookies in your browser settings and the site keeps working.
• To view or delete your data, call or WhatsApp +91 63999 50433 and we will do it within 7 days.

Cancellation policy

• You can cancel a booking free of charge any time before the driver has departed for your pick-up point — just call or WhatsApp us.
• If the driver has already departed or arrived at the pick-up point, a fair charge for the distance driven may apply.
• We may cancel a trip due to weather, road closure or vehicle breakdown. In that case we first try to arrange a replacement car; if we cannot, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

Refund policy

• Refunds for online payments are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
• Eligible refunds (cancellation before departure, or a trip we could not operate) are initiated within 2 working days and typically reach your account in 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
